Help me remove these spots on my car

Hi

I was washing the car yesterday and I noticed that my car has these spots on the hood. I tried to clay bar it but it didn't remove anything Not sure what else I can do? I know its a bit hard to see, but I circled the dots in red.

What kind of polish did you use? Apply by hand or machine?

use some polish. if that doesn't work, break out some 3m fine cut rubbing compound. make sure to polish and wax any area you use rubbing compound as it is quite abrasive
