2 Wheels Buff Gouges

Anyone have a remedy for several wheel gouges on 2 wheels? Would a power buffer make them not stand out, so much? Goodyear tire who put new tires on my wheels messed up 2 of them on there tire machine. They have offered to buff the gouges for me, so it blends in better. I havn't taken it in yet. Do you think it will make it look better, or make it worse?

It's hard to tell without pics, but I'd let them try to buff them. If they can't make them look acceptable, tell them you need them to replace them (if they were in perfect condition when you took them in)

There are places that can refinish wheels, so that may be an option if they can't do a good job. They ought to pay for that.

Good Luck.

they won't pay for replacement but they should pay for a professional to refinish them. don't let their monkeys touch your wheels. look at what they did with a simple tire change.

Explain the damage. How extensive was it? Have a picture.
