Water Dmg to Leather

I have leather seats, I was recently a dumbass and left my passenger side window down, it rained very heavily into the vehicle. The passenger seat is now very dry and rough feeling aswell as very tight and firm to the touch.

I was wondering if anyone can suggest a product or a method to return it to orginal condition... Please let me know, I've recently tried Meguiars Rich Leather spray, it didn't help much to be honest...

Go back over the leather with a very hot and very wet washcloth. Work it into all area's of the seat almost like massaging it; to open the pores on the leather. It should be dripping wet. Get another Washcloth and dry it. Then put some higher end leather conditioner lotion on to a damp washcloth and work that into the seat the same as before. Then Dry.

Okay, cool cause my biggest fear is someone getting into my car with say a key still in their pocket but poking downward and putting a big hole in the seat cause its sooo tight.

Yeah, that would suck. Also, here is a thread I found from a while back over on F150online; I was on that forum a lot before I started frequenting maxima.org- RockPick is known around the forum to be the best detailer so here you go:
