Leather Care Advice

Hi, I have an older 88 Maxima SE with a leather steering wheel that needs a little help. It is just starting it peel in places and I don't like the looks of it. On the internet I priced one from the dealer and just the wheel without the horn pad was like $600.00 dollars and that's just insane. I have most of the car restored and this just stands out. Any advice on saving it? I really don't care for steering wheel covers just don't like how they feel in my hands with a wider grip.

Redlinegoods can make you a new leather wrap that will work on your steering wheel. You would probably have to ship them your steering wheel so they can make measurements.

Have to look into that

Great advice thanks, somewhere in this forum I seen them promoting gear shifters and looked like nice work. Thinking I could grab a wheel from the wreaking yard to temporarily use and send them mine. Have a good one.
