First time using a polisher.
Hi team, I need help I bought a TORQ x kit (chemical guys polisher kit) and I followed this YouTube step-by-step video
https://youtu.be/eFasZu43Bjk
As I started doing the polish it breaks into small pieces, I made a lot of mess and spotted for today.
First time using a polisher, I’m looking for some help and suggestions.
Here's a quick video to show my work.

I’ve found, over my decades of DIYing, that many available tools have zero impact on the quality of work done, but simply increase the speed at which that work can be completed … these polishers are case-in-point.
I’ve got no advice or input related to the use of these things other than to say that I abandoned them many years ago in favor of good ‘ol elbow grease.
