Can transmission problems affect Dyno #'s?

Could messed up bearings, synchros, etc. affect the Dyno #'s you're putting to the ground?

How about a bad MAF?

I might have asked an obvious question but right now I am out of answers on why my car is down about 20 whp and 15 wtq.

My guess is it's not tranny related.
ECU/electronics could hamper this easily.
CHeck compression ( long shot I know)

Yeh compression might be an issue but the motor has less than 50k on it and I've regularly changed the oil.

How would I be able to tell if it was an ECU related problem?

I wasn't saying the ecu is bad, just it might be retarding timing screwing with a/f etc due to a bad sensor or bad sensor reading.

Yeh the main reason I'm saying that the #'s are off is because before my JWT ECU and MEVI I was hitting about 180 whp and 190 wtq.

Yeh I put in 2 brand new O2 sensors and 1 partially new one (50k on it or something) and my Knock Sensor has about 50k on it as well. I am not pulling any codes with the stock ECU but I pull like 4 with the Jim Wolf in there.

Whenever I check for codes I go to Autozone and they have an OBD-II scanner or something that does it, is there a more efficient way?

Hmmm, maybe when you have the JWT in there it gets a bit wacky because it's reading for a 95/6 in a 98.

Try racing bijan wit stock ECU ... And what 4 codes does it pull? (Sorry if it has been posted)

There's a 'different' way other than AutoZone OBD-II to check for them, do the ecu turn screw method outlined in the 4th gen FAQ's.

Check out my graph. The top line is with the JWT ECU and the bottom is with the stock ECU. You can see that I'm only getting gains so I am almost positive that the JWT ECU is doing it's job.

I should apologize for not posting my codes in the first place.
Here they are:
P 1605 ?Keep alive memory test failure?
P 0136 O2 Sensor 2 in Bank 1
P 0400 EGR code (this one sort of worries me, but I only get it with the JWT in there....)
P 1220 Series throttle control system malfunction?

Yeh I've done the ECU screw turn thing but I can't follow the blinking very well.....
