Consistency FTW

I wasn't looking to break any records, but merely consistency...and it worked..

There's a local event called the dyno drags, and it's 3 runs for $55, basically you get 2 runs, guess your 3rd, and whoever gets closest wins 10% of the admission for the event. (if there are 5500 people, you get $550).

Needless to say(FWIW) I won, and there wasn't 5500 people that participated.

I've never seen anything over 300whp...until this 700whp Supra came along... ..

Next time I dyno... tuning and a little bit more will be involed.

Mods are not in sig

Here's an overlay of my car in the exact same set-up...with a few minor changes....
Top end WHP FTW..

Next time... I hope to amplify the curve.

he was running an intake and race fuel last time...that allowed him to get 18whp more

Yup. This dyno was on 90 octane and no intake. I was looking for consistency rather than record breaking #'s.

Here's an overlay.

Yup. I still need to a/f tune some but I like the shape of the curve.

So does the race fuel not hurt the 02 sensors? It seems like Ive read that it can damage them.

I wasn't using any this time. Maybe... maybe not, I've also heard this. My A/F was right @ 14 from 3.5k - 5k IIRC, then did the A33B rich dip.

i think he was running 110 unleaded octane...or whatever it is....not some leaded real race fuel (which can hurt o2 sensors)...my bad if you mis interpreted..

The stuff I toss in there from time to time is 100 unleaded. None on this dyno though.
