Top Speed /= dyno forum.....
But anyways where did you get that 160mph # from? I hope not because thats the highest # on the speedometer. I have a friend that had a mildly modified 00 (Progress drop, Toyos on stockers, short ram intake, repaired VI), and racing a 350z on the highway (I wasnt there, this is what he told me) says that he got it up to 155mph when it finally stopped accelerating.... (crazy ****)
But then you have to take into account the accuracy of the speedo gauge on those high speeds. My tachometer for example shows Im bouncing off "redline" at 6800rpm, when in reality (from my SAFC) its more like 6540ish. Radar would pretty much be the fail-safe way to know where you top off.... but I doubt those guys that HAVE the radars will be to happy about it
