New dyno numbers!!

Here they are!!! I took the kinetix off and put the gutted stock manifold on literally right before this run, so i dont think the computer had adapted just yet. But here they are anyway!

Thanks man, Good seeing you again too!! The run included all those mods plus a fidanza flywheel.

Too lean, upgrade your fuel pump and add an adjustable FPR and lower that A/F to around 13.3 or so. Just to play it safe......

Your right about running lean, cause my last NA dyno my car was around 14.5 at redline (195whp with auto), and boosted I run 10.1-11.4 redline (FPR needed). And that POS manifold= Adds Butter to midrange but overall topend power is almost the same as the OEM manifold.... Hooonda like hp gains $799....

You'll get owned on my last setup that made 311whp on 9psi.... Now I'll be pushin 15psi......

I already have a Super afcII but didnt have much time to tune due to the amount of people dynoing.(Over 20 people)

I think SR20DEN has gone up to 14:1 before. Also, one of the Z's that was there with us had his AF flat at 14 from his Osiris tune.

14.0 is a bit lean for me. That's the thing with a product like an AFC though. The leaner you go the more timing advance so people are willing to go super lean to eek out all the timing they can get. Best case scenario is still aggressive timing with a a richer a/f. AFR is a better safety margin than a power gainer in the n/a world.

I shoot for 14.0. Makes more power up top. There's a fairly strong 4th gen in the dyno sheet section that also does that.

Indirect timing effect.





Oh, and the smoother curves that I see tend to have reasonable a/f's. The ones with jaggies at high RPM are lean (timing being pulled). For a dyno run or a quick WOT burst it's fine, but I still maintain that the best case scenario is a safe a/f with aggressive timing. That's if you're 1337 and can change a/f and timing discretely.

not so easy if you arent running a piggy back, and since the a33b doesnt really like the EU very much, UTEC is really the only option, and even then, i think only JIME has tried this and i havent seen much feedback yet. i guess once the warm weather comes around we might hear more
