03 auto dyno IS CRAPPY!!

IGHT first lemme start off wit mods
undercrank pulley
true cai
ssauochrome headers
custom exaust with stock cat and stock resignator and cattman bakpipe
irrididum spark plugs={not too sure if this is a big deal}

and this is wat i got.. =(

is this right...
on the track the car ran a 15.44 for best time but i think my reaction time was doodoo and i probly could of let some air out the tires

i have intake spacer now and the vis delete will i notice a reasonable gain>>? and how else can i get a lil more power..

I noticed you are auto & slammed on big azz rims .....Drivetrain loss

The operator sucks & Dyno Dynamics is known to be a "heart breaker"
Ask them to convert the chart to WHP WTQ AFR & RPM.
What was your 60' & trap speed when you ran the 15.4?

You didn't list the conditions at the time, and it appears you are not using anything to tune with. With those mods, your AFR is probably off. For the dyno you used, numbers appear to be a little low, but we need to see more info to tell what may be going on.

Dyno on a dynojet, not dyno dynamics. And we need to see a/f. Like others have said, with those mods your tune should be off.

Your car is slow on the track because (as you said you didnt react good) but also you dont really have it setup for drag racing being slammed with huge rims, so that's not surprising at all.

def seems low, reaction time has nothing to do with your 1/4 mile time, post a slip, let us know your 60' and mph. and im sure the big heavy wheels are robbing some power..

Yeah, you're loosing some major mid-range power!! The curve should be smooth all the way through. Something is wayyy off.

60' should tell you almost everything you need to know, reaction time is just for how fast you break the line when the light changed to green

Ight I tuned with a vafc2 and at the time the operator said I had a cel consisting of my o2 and knock sensor I changed my knock sensor the next day after the tune but the code was still there.. thus was wgen I was in florida..yea I did dyno on those big19s lol would it be better on the altima sers because those are wat I use as stock wheels. As for the track time and slip I lost the slip but I also ran with those same wheels an only thing I did to prepare for drag day was take olot of things out the car to free up some wieght... right now I wanna re dyno but every once ina while I get a cel consisting of. Lean in bank 1&2 knock sensor and evap leak..and then it goes away..

I could be wrong on this, but having headers could have you running lean and cause all that to happen... i could be wrong though, guru's please step in... Knock sensor is one of the reasons for the numbers though, try using the SE-R's and fixing all that and see what it does

Headers make you run rich man. The knock sensor certainly didnt help. The graph still look bizare regardless, looks like VIAS is opening/closing slowly. Ever thought about just getting a block off plate?

SSautochrome headers and good to elimnate pre-cats. but not the best headers you can get. But better than stock.

Rest of your mods dont really add much (refering to the first post). Plus heavy 19's will rob power too. your exhaust is custom but most of the components are stock.

your codes will rob power. KS and o2 will slow you down badly! Fix your o2 and KS and you should atleast feel the car running better. Add your tune. VIAS delete, you should be seeing better numbers

It's really the only dyno you can compare to others on the internet.

I think you are overestimating how much the wheels are robbing. I dyno'd on 13.8 lb FD's on my probe versus the stock 25 lb swirlies and the difference was less than 2 whp..

I think the OP should get on a dynojet for better comparison.

I made 240whp/251wtq today, completely untuned in my 03 auto. I got the usual I/H/E, still with my stock IM and vias.

I will probably make my own thread about it tomorrow when I can post my graph.

What's that supposed to mean?

I think I owe my numbers partially to the fact that I maintain my car so well. I'm trying to sift through threads and figure out if I set a record for an untuned 4AT car with those mods.

What do you do for maintenance? I'm just curious.

Nothing outrageous, I only use the best fluids/oils, always use the highest octane gas available(94 up here), change fluids regularly, keep air filter clean, etc. Sometimes a little goes a long way.

the wierd thing is my codes dont stay on all the time.. my cel comes on when my car has been sitting for a while and then the idle kinda acts a lil funny nothing big , just enough for me to notice... for instance the other day the light came on, the next day it went away.. wat in the world could that be... codes comming up is lean bank 1 and 2
knock sensor and evap leak i think is the other one. i have no idea if a close dyno jet by where im at.. mustang dyno in a spot ima be at in cal is charging 350 for a tune. but they said they put some chip in your ecu so ur tune is locked in not too sure about that... also im wondering if i should fix my intake i had to drill a hole to get the vacume hose in there and i dont think it was sealed up right.. so i pretty much deleted that vacume hose put a mini filter on it.. i need some intakes pieces the same size of an injen intake... so i can fix sometings wit my intakesetup...
