LOL... close! I just added Brian crower stage 2 cams on the stock heads. I wanted to go that route, but ran short on time. But hopefully by imp v.s. dom ill have that squared away.

That was the most intriguing part of the dyno, well second most . I was trying to figure out of it was a scale thing, or just that solid.

the crazy part about it was how he dropped the cams in the day before he dynoed and went to tune it but his a/f ratio was already at 12.9 - 13.2.. wtf.... i dont like this guy. lol

hopefully my car will run right and i can put up similar numbers

Very nice gains. This dyno really shows exactly what people mean by power being shifted to the right when refering to cams. The extended rev limiter really helps to hold on to the peak power before the shift too. I also like how the low end loss is only till around 3800rpm. So even without an extended rev limiter you can still have some decent gains over a nice range in the power band.

It would be interesting to see where the power starts to drop off now. But from the looks off the graph as it sits now, you can still benefit from a few more revs. Cant wait to see what happens after the port work. I dont remember what you're tuning with by the way. I'm assuming V/SAFC on top of the TS flash?

still looks like even with the ssim and port work the factory IM is showing its restrictions though, it seems to make peak power at 6200ish, but the cams keep the power from dropping like the previous dyno, i bet if you had a better intake manifold the power might be more linear

great numbers though, its sad to see my car only makes 2 more hp with nitrous, just goes to show what these VQs can do when you let em breathe.

+1.. whats not so great is that if he was to change IM he would probebly loose more TQ or low end HP... a kinteix IM may have power all the way up to redline but the low end loss and TQ loss may not be worth it... only if you can get the best of both worlds
