Anyone Else Run into an Ad Blocking the Links?
I've run into this about a dozen times. Makes clicking on the "Maxima Forums" link impossible. Not that it's a detriment that I have to click a few extra links to get back to the forum, it's just annoying.
Anyone else notice this? I use Safari, so I'm wondering if it's a script that doesn't want to work well with my browser. Or if it's there on purpose to keep you from going anywhere.

Just bumped into it again. No screencap, since I figured it was kinda dumb to post the same thing twice.
It looks like it's some kind of Blackberry ad.
Maybe I just fail 'cause I'm using Safari instead of Firefawks.
Edit: So I ran into it on the Southeast forum. When I clicked back to the forum, it was still there. Out of curiosity, I did it again and same deal.
Are the ads random, or is there a script that sets a particular ad for each forum?
Edit Edit: Never mind, it's gone now.

I don't have anything installed that I know of that would trigger it...unless I picked up some kind of spyware somewhere or something. I'll check.
But yeah, I've only noticed it on the org.
The only thing I can imagine if it's not spyware-triggered is that some script somewhere isn't compatible with the Windows version of Safari. Which honestly wouldn't surprise me, considering there are some Java-based sites that I can access on IE that I can't on Safari.
I mean, it doesn't really bother me. I can just refresh it away most of the time. It was just more of a, "wtf is this?" kind of reaction the first time I saw it.
