Looked and read a lot of forums and cant seem to find a specific answer, from what I've read the vq35's in the maxima and the 350z are the exact same in every way as far as internals. I've also read that the cams are different if so can you run 350z cams in the maximas vq35? Also wondering if there's a difference in cc's (injectors) between the 2 vq35's.

Yes they r the same u can de cams or revup cams the injectors isn't a big difference,and revup oil pump would be good to and thier valve springs are stronger in a revup engine,but everything is unterchangable.
