photos

i am not able to attach photos to new threads that i create.
on the bottom left of the screen it says that i may NOT post attachments.
anyone know how to fix this?

create account on photobucket or similar pic hosting site.
upload your pic from your computer.
after pic is uploaded copy link and post link on forum with IMG tags.
