i went to jiffy lube for my oil changed n dey did a whole mess of other stuff. one thing they told me was that my anti freeze coolent was empty so they filled it up this was on december 28, 2003. it is now empty is that normal or should i go complain please let me know

 

So you're leaking coolant? That's not normal

 

If you're sucking through coolant that fast, either your system was really low or you have a leak. A small hole in the headgasket can cause this if you can't find any other leaks.

 

How about the coolant in the radiator? Is it empty too? Maybe the plastic bottle has a crack. The car would overheat if it leaks coolant that fast. Did the jiffy lube people actually fill the coolant bottle up?

 

I wouldn't drive around knowing you have a coolant leak.
