Is it ok to mix different brand of motor oil?

i normally use motor 1 10-30 conventional oil...but my local auto parts dealer were out of them....so i use quarker state 10-30 one....would this effect anything in the car? also do anybody know what grade nissan recommend to put in our cars.....
