How many miles can I get from an M-110

Halfway thru my oil change, realized getting my filter off would be a bear since I didn't turn my wheels to the right -- went ahead and threw the new oil in since the old stuff was already out - how many miles can I get out of my current M-110 filter? It has about 4600+/- on it right now - thanks in advance!

Well, to quote the BIOG site, "changing the oil without changing the filter is like changing the diaper without wiping off the poop."

Seriously, I guess you ought to be able to go at least 7,500 total miles on that filter per Nissan's and Mobil's follow-the-manufacturers-directions directions. But I wouldn't do it. Go buy another clean filter, put it on and top off the oil.

No doubt, I was figuring I could just go 3000 miles on this oil and do an earlier-than-normal change to compensate for my screwup, and at that time change the oil and filter. It's been quite cold up here during the day, and today it got up to 45-50 which is why I decided to change it today - so maybe I'll just go on a shorter than normal schedule for this change, do it at maybe 2500-3000 instead of the normal 4000-4750 I do it at, and that should suffice?

I just wanted to make sure if I ran my filter to 7500 or so that it wouldn't cause any problems. Thank you very much for the information!
