Did you pull the codes? I didn't get a CEL when I used SeaFoam

I'd imagine if your O2 sensor or catalytic converters were on their way out then seafoam would push 'em over the edge...

I know SeaFoam says it's safe for O2 sensors at least, but after doing the SeaFoam treatment on my 2000 I saw the O2 sensor and Catalyst emissions readiness monitors switch to "I" (incomplete data) instead of "C" (checked?). They returned to "C" in a day or 2.

Pull the codes and/or wait a few days to see if it goes away.

If you sucked it into the engine, maybe the computer logged a misfire at one point as well....
