How to bleed brakes?

ok guys, im having a hard time on finding the proper way to bleed out the brakes for i am doing a break conversion.
I found 2 ways that are different and i cant quite understand what they are trying to say.

Does anyone have a "How to bleeding your brakes" write up.? with pictures, it will help a lot. thanx.
