Auto Rx and new rattle?

1100 miles on auto rx, and my car has started to rattle on cold starts. I heard this is a problem on some vq's. Any input?

My guess it's the timing chain tensioner. BTW, I am in the rinse phase of Auto-Rx and never had any issues (VQ30DE though).

I noticed a pattern on my car that the only time it did it (unrelated to Auto-Rx) was when I moved the car from my driveway into the garage (running it for less than 30 seconds). The next time I would start the car, the first 5-10 seconds seemed like hell until the oil reached the tensioner. I now drive the car around the block to make sure the "juices flow" (and my neighbors give me wierd looks every time).

It could also be this http://www.infinitihelp.com/Ownershi.../NTB03-060.htm
notorious noise that affect the 2002 Maximas too. It is quite a lot of work (many opportunities for mistakes) so I decided to just leave it alone...
