this stuff is great...tried it a few times on my maxima...and done it on a few other cars as well...it made a noticeable improvement during idle and low RPM driving...buttery smooth!

Seafoam FTW!

you do change it, but its not a must. because the idea of seafoam is break up carbon build up, where is the broken up carbon going to go... in the oil of course.

but its not a must. i've also seen them foul up spark plugs like crazy, but this all depends on the condtion of your car.

my best results with seafoam have been from using this method

1/3 bottle into the crank case, about 50 miles before your oil change

1/3 bottle into the gas tank, better if your almost empty and before the oil change

the last 1/3 the traditional method. drive it around till it stops smoking like crazy, fill it up with some fresh 93 octane, change the oil/filter and plugs and be amazed.

Coolmax helped me do my car 2 weeks ago. Just did 1/3 in the brake booster line. "hella" smoke as well.
