98 SE auto Transmission Drain and Fill advice

Hello, I have a 98 SE auto with 236,000 miles on the engine and transmission. Im planning on changing the transmission fluid with a typical drain and fill. My question is what brand, how many quarts, and what kind of transmission fluid would be best for my car being that it has SO MANY MILES. Should I use Mobil 1 ATF SYN or just a regular DEXTRON 3 fluid? The 98 Nissan Maximas are "SOLID" cars, the last time I changed my transmission fluid was Summer 2005 and I never had a problem with the transmission since. THX.

Well, no sense in changing to synthetic now. My car has about 140x on the odo and all I've done are drain and fills since I've had it with regular ole Dex III. Not knowing the history of the car before I bought it at 84k, I thought the safest route would be to just drain and fill than flush every 15k. I did do 3 drain and fills in a row one time (about 500 miles apart) to try and get as much old out as I could and it seemed to do the trick. Each drain and fill got out between 4-5 quarts so plan on at least that. In terms of brand, I dunno, just used whatever the shop had.
