what type grease for links?

I am replacing my front and rear links after my tire place said they were worn, I did see the rear being bad when i was under car. So I am getting the moog powdered metal bearings with grease fittings. I couldn't find anything searching forum. I did see on another car forum valvoline durablend, what type do you use or recommend? because they are metal bearings I am thinking lithium Mobil 1 will work?
Also I use mobil 1 for oil changes so only change twice a year, is that sufficient to grease joints then?

Thanks
Bill

Yes, Mobil 1 synthetic grease will work fine for that application

Thanks looking forward to replacing them this weekend and getting some tightness back in car.
