FS: V2 Supercharger Kit 95-01

Well, I think it's time for me to sell it.

List

-Vortech V2 Supercharger SQ (Super Quiet)
-Matty's Plate kit
-Oil Return Plate
-Coolant Spout
-All Bolts and Hardware
-2.75" Pulley
-Oil T fitting
-Oil Line
-Oil Spray Nozzle
-Intake Pipe and Filter
-Charge Pipe
-Bosch Recirc Valve
-Vortech Fuel Management Unit (FMU)
-All Fuel Line Fittings
-All Pipe Fittings and Clamps
-Snow Performance Stage 2 Water/Methanol Injection Kit ($500 alone)

Asking $2550 shipped.

I put pictures up on my website: http://www.thementality.com/supercharger-kit/

I am offering an install if anyone wants to come hang out in the Seattle area for half a day while we swap it. I will do it cheaply and perfectly.

*If you want* you can rebuild the supercharger before installing it, to get a fresh start. Good kits go for $225.00 (ask me about this).

-I will help with setup, questions, problems, and everything, even after you buy. I will tell you what you need and don't need.

Thank you

Only difference is the bends in the pipe leading to the tb.

Are you sure that is it? The air filter also mounts directly to the S/C on the 4th gen versions.

The biggest difference between the 4th gen and 5th gen kit is the routing of the piping as Schmelly said, and as I've mentioned previously in another thread.

You'll have to fabricate your own piping from scratch from blower to TB. Besides the obvious measuring, cutting and welding, you'll have 4 other minor hurdles. You'll need to cut and weld in a flange for your bov of choice, weld a metal plate at the end of the pipe which will act as a MAF adapter, weld a short tube into the 90 degree bend for the IACV air tube, and a cut a whole and add two thread holes into the bottom of the 90 degree bend for the IAT sensor. To eliminate the second obstacle regarding the MAF adapter, you could simply cut off the flange on the MAF so a silicone coupler could be utilized. I imagine some of the piping from the 5th gen kit could be used and customized/cut/welded etc to make work with a 4th gen, but it would still fall short in some areas. I think I'd start from scratch and sell all the 5th gen piping. If you do sell it, shoot me a PM first please.

Another option is to buy my water to air aftercooler setup -LINK. This will eliminate fabricating all of the stuff I mentioned above and allow you to run at higher boost levels more safely and efficiently while adding some power at the same time. You will need to relocate your battery though.

Yes, the filters are different, but that's easy peasy to deal with as their's no fabrication. Just buy the right pancake filter and slap it on. Or again, build your own custom cold air intake that would go down in the fender.

I've got a 4th gen owner interested, we are going to do a 00-01 intake swap. This will line everything up.

And I've lowered the price to $2550. I will be adding more pictures tomorrow.

Still for sale, now with no pipes, meth, or fmu. Stop ****ing asking about prices and throwing out numbers if you dont have the ****ing money or are not willing to buy. When did the maxima community become a bunch of scum bags? When I bought all my **** years ago (and spent years piecing it all together), I said "I've got the money right now how do you want it." Grow the **** up you stingy idiots. Soon I'll have a GT-R and be out of this bottom of the barrel ****.

The kit is off the car, cleaned up, and boxed. If you want a nice, fast car that runs like it came from the factory with 400hp, it costs ****ing money. A lot more than a grand. I'm not parting anything out, good luck finding all these components together and in such good condition. These comments come also from other maxima communities and groups on fb etc where my items have been for sale.
