Shop on Ebay? Look here

Do you shop on Ebay?

Post your user name here to prevent a bidding war against another .org menber. Work out your issues via PM or something.

Can't say this was my idea, look at altimas.net

Sticky perhaps?

I'll start:

This is a really bad idea. Can't believe nissan guys came up with this, thought we were smarter. Like they said before, if I want something I'll buy it no matter who else bids on it. It's like going to buy the last pack of condoms, " no you take them ORG member, I'll just tell her no"...

you can't use that analogy here..

there are more than a few of the same items on ebay...not just one

also, It's ripping off the seller! What if I sold something, I don't want people not bidding because their colleague or whatever bid on it...that ruins it for me

I think its a great idea, for once we have a forum to discuss items, especially for things like stolen HIDs, fake racing cats, tornado, etc. We can PM the member and tell them they are bidding on JUNK! Or we can start up a thread and talk about it.

You can't tell me there aren't tons of shady sellers on EBAY, especially in the Mod department.

As far as a bidding war, bid what ever you want, but if we all stand together, prices will come down. Why start a bidding war with another org member unless you want to?

You can't tell me it really takes $400 to make a y-pipe

Stand together and lets stick up for ourselves. If you don't agree, don't put your name down and continue to get ripped off, its your choice. (Believe me, this is not going to put anyone out of business )

If you back down on an auction because you see another org member bidding, you are a pu$$y.

maxdoogie = phazeshifta or the eBay employee known as Brody...I work in the infringement department, specializing in video games.

BTW, if you email other bidders, and tell them that they are bidding on junk, you can be suspended for auction interference. Just be careful when doing that kind of stuff

This is not really a good idea for us. If you want something you're not gonna back down on it. I'm gonna go striaght for it, i don't know about you.

If that crown jewel, VI was going on ebay for about $100. I'm sure everybody and anybody that know what that does, will go after that. And bid well. I wouldn't let that slip through my fingers. And you should either.

im "LEXTACY" on ebay, im all for this list cause you should help out your fellow org buddies and not outbid the less fortunate with a budget. Im sure whatever it is that you want to buy will be on sale again, bidding first is like calling dibs here on the org. However, i dont honestly think this will work because people will forget others names. And i know, to be honest, i will not come to this post and go through it to see if the other person bidding is an org member. Im sure he owns a maxima, otherwise he wouldnt be buying the maxima product. If he owns a max, that makes him as good as any org member. If any ebay name comes to midn that i recongnize, i wont outbid out of common courtesy.

great idea, generally I only bid if i see no one else is already. Just look for the same auction. I love this site and everything it offers and has educated me about my dream car.

nice if someone would add eBay names to first post and keep editing.
