First, let me say that the quality of the hat is great IMO. Unfortunately though, the fit isn't all that great for me and most likely for those with big heads. My fears came true. The front of the hat slopes back at too much of an angle and therefore causes the hat to fit pretty darn tight. It's tight to the point where the hat isn't really comfortable to wear. Had the front of the hat sloped more straight up (like real baseball caps) then I imagine the hat would've fit great and not be so tight. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

For the record, the LXL Flexible Fit Range is approximately 7 1/8" to 7 3/4", where I'm a size 7 5/8".

To the non-fat heads, buy this hat!

I wore the hat today, as much as I could. It feels good, but leaves a mark on my forehead, so I guess it's too tight. But that won't stop me from wearing it. Good quality, just hard to get the right size.
