Brand new in the box, never been used to hooked up to the car. Comes with the harness which is also new. Its not a copy its the real deal. I can provide you with pictures of the unit... was purchased from a reputable shop in FL.

Harness that comes with the EU, not an autosport harness like you are probably thinking...and from my understanding, the 6th gen is the only Maxima that can have an adapter harness since it's the same as the Z.
