Is there software included on that CD for datalogging on to a PC? I looked at the links but it was unclear.

Yes, its called Log Works. I never used that feature though, I was using Emanage.

Some say it does; but I wasnt running Vista so I cant gaurantee it.

called innovate they said it will work with vista 32bit and they should have a software patch for 64 bit any day

Nah, I have a couple of offers right below the 200 mark. If I do sell it for less the the 200.00 it will most likely be local so that I dont have to ship it.
