Comes with level switch, relay, wiring, PSI pressure switch, pump, solenoid, extra nozzle holder for dual, and some jets. D01, d02, d03 and d07 I believe.

 

does it come with the hoses and tank

 

No. Doesn't come with either since I used the stock windshield reservoir. The tubing, I wish I would have saved some but I tossed it during the uninstall.

 

+1 on using the washer bottle reservoir.
