I dont want anyone to be confused so i posted the part#... from what im reading (stillen intructions) this pipe will fit most applications from 95-01, some people will confuse each other on debating whether this pipe is a fed spec or cali spec... here's a pic of the instructions i've had since i bought it. so if im reading correctly, this pipe will fit wether its fed or cali its just whether or not you will use the small down pipe that connects to front manifold
