SO let me get this straight, The projectors come as (2), and the shrouds (2), but I would need to have my own ballasts and also D2S bulbs.

So are you saying that the 'connectors' act as adapters to plug in aftermarket D2R ballasts?

 

With those adapters you can use D2S bulbs with any aftermarket ballasts.
