doesn't make any sense...

 

I have to agree....it looks OK, but a bit strange....
By the way, a 2 door Maxima kind of goes against Nissan's label of a 4-door sports car.

 

look closely yj...its not a 5th gen back....1...no rear side marker...and the contour is more square whereas a 5th gen is more rounded...use your sig pic for comparison...

but why would they make a coupe in an older body style?

 

if u all look closely, you can see it's a 95/96 style max. that's an ooooold pic that someone just doctored to a 2 door.

 

I remeber seeing a white one on somebody web site a while back and that it was just a concept car,Hay maybe it was a photo shop production?Not sure but at the time I thought it was real.

 

that white one was a photoshop off of megamax's site. looked sweet though.

 

looks like a 4th gen with a stillen body kit... i see no 5th gen at all looks like a good job to me unlike the attemps a the altezzas on the site

 

yeah... pretty hard to detect photoshop errors when you degrade the image quality.

Emax95 is right on this. There was a white one also. This pic is 3 years old. It's been on my harddrive for a while. I found it in an article written by Car and Driver magazine. I doubt it's fake if Car and Driver drove the car! Someone talk to Stillen about it because if i'm not mistaken, I think Stillen was the one who produced this car!

 

They(stillen) didnt produce this car. I spoke with a couple of them jokingly about doing something like this when I was getting some work done at their shop. They laughed and said why would you want to do that?

Unless the stillen people I spoke to didnt know that they actually produced one of these. Who knows ;-).

u could see its photoshopped... look through the windows in the back looking through the rear windsheild u can see the picture breaks and look at the handle on the door follow it down u see that the door ends a little shorter than the handle..

 

i agree i love my four door sports car!!!

I remembered posting about how it'd be cool to have a 2-dr Max at Thurznite's place, and someone posted a photoshopped rear-view pic of a white 4th gen coupe. I dunno who did it, but it looked even better than the ones here. Really clean job, and he picked a nice Max to alter as well.

All of those pics are photoshopped. I know cause I saw the white one and that one of that pace car on supermax's site (or something like that). He said they were doctored. I think it looks good though. I would buy a 2-door Maxima, not that I have anything against the 4-doors, I love them too! I think a 2-door 3rd gen would look realley good. I hate to say it but there's a lady in the parking garage where I work who drives a 2-door Toyota Camry SE and it looks pretty nice.
