Weird pulling

Car has been lowered, aligned, wheels are balanced. Sometimes if I let the steering wheel go it will pull to the left, sometimes it just goes straight. It has even pulled to the right before. I did bump a curb going about 15~mph in the rain and bent a wheel, a year or so ago, anyone know what else it could be?

are the tires new and wider? wider tires can cause pulling that's even more pronounced when camber gets more negative with lowering. if you have the printout fro,m the alignment check for toe-out or big negative camber.
