Aww...how cute, now they both have Volk's.

Looks good, wish I could afford them...lol.

Btw, any idea of the total weight? I know the S-03's are very heavy tires. I'm guessing 45lbs?

Jane finally got them!!!!cool how long did that take? 4 months?

I decided to go with SSRS Competions in 18x8.5 42 offset and stayed with 245/40 18. After Jane told me she had been waiting for that long and everyone changed prices evertime I just went to the tirerack and they took care of me in a timely manner. I like my SSRS they are alright, I ll send her some pics as soon as I get some nice ones.

You have to wait for min. of 2 months for Volks. They never stock 5 lugs 18X8.5 wheels.

They are very expensive, around $2000-$2500 for the set of rims.

Cool birthday present, huh?

Jay: Yep, it took 4 long months.

Chris: It's really not hard to choose which car to drive in the morning. Fast car (mine) or slow car.

Brett: Thanks!

Congrats Jane. Nice set of wheels, and although 4 months is quite long, they were well worth the wait.

BTW, Kev, my birthday is....a little over 4 months from now. <-----There's suppossed to be the ": wall :" here.

Wow!

Very nice Kev, I mean Jane!

You'd better get some locking lug nuts on those bad boys QUICK.

BTW, any idea how much they weigh alone AND with tires?

Already bought the wheel locks. Just need to get him to put it on the car.

You might want to call the person you bought the wheels from. I ordered mine in Feb or March (can't remember now). It took forever to get here.

Sprint: Yes, I know they are the wrong tire size. The guy we ordered from didn't put in the correct order and it would cost too much to ship the wheels back and have them put the correct tires on them.

235/40/18 will not throw the speedometer off as much as 245/40/18 (this is for 4th gens. 5th gens should get 245/40/18).
