Ok I just bought a 99 se limited 5spd and it has this extra electrical looking plug, that I see on 5th gen engines, but not on my friends 98?? ANyone know what it is. srry this pic is kinda hard to tell. Hopefully someone knows though.

To clarify more its on the wiring harness and its taped to the harness? Oh and bump

 

I can't make out what the arrow is pointing too. Get a bigger pic of it and I should be able to figure out what it is.

 

I also have a plug on the right side of the strut tower. However I believe that it is the plug for abs sensor, since my car is not equiped with abs it is not needed. I have a 98 SE 5speed.
