That guy darksands got me thinking about the test. This year in PA I paid ONLY $49.99 for my safety/emissions inspection (last year was $68). C'mon now, it doesn't even come close. Plus since my car was purchased in NY it has the CA emissions package, how is it not gonna meet PA's standards?

Too bad the money we pay doesn't go to cleaning the air. Sounds like it finances the dyno's that the shops have and their 56k circuits back to DMV.

Maxima's should be given EXEMPT stickers cause how's it not gonna pass unless it's been tampered with?

No emmissions or saftey inspections in all of Iowa. Yeah!
You can be pulled over for obvious faulty equipement and sited however.
Hope it doesn't change.

It all depends on where you live in PA, if they have emissions testing or not. The only cities I know that do it is, Pitt and Philly.
