I figured that for sure somebody on this forum is smart enough to help me out with my problem. I have the Lexmark X63 scanner/printer/fax and everytime I try to scan a pic or do anything but fax, it tells me "An active process is currently using the port. Please close the Printer Control Program, or wait until the process or application is finished." I hate it. It is frustrating me so bad. I just can't get it to work. PLEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSE help me. I am so ****ed right now.
