If you could only do 4 mods to your car, what would they be?

Well since Im gettin a max soon and I get to start the modding all over again, i was wondering where to start, so I ask you all, if you could only do 4 mods to your car, what would they be? I dont want to hear everyone say SC or turbo either. Please take into account certain economic and monetary situations. So far I think I would do something like:

lowering springs/struts
tint
stereo upgrade
y pipe
Lets hear from you people!

A newbie pleas for help:

FSTB and RSB I understand, but SFCs? AGXs? Explanations (or pointers to threads) greatly appreciated.

I do see two different types of thinking in these responses.

One type: More power, more power, more power.

Second type: Handling, handling, handling.

I'm more of a handling type myself, so if I can ask a modified question?

If you were going to do incremental handling mods (2002 SE 6spd) what would you do in what order, and why?

Handling....
First-get rid of the lousy RE92's and get some good tires(see my sig one sugestion. Watch sizes if you don't change wheels. Search..)
Second-Front strut tower brace along with rear sway bar
Third-Some type of spring/strut combo. Do search and start reading.

Since I already have two expensive hobbies, it will be hard to justify (especially to SWMBO) buying new tires until the RE92s are worn out (which, I understand, won't be too long.)

For the FSTB and RSB, should they be done at the same time? If not, which one first?

If you can only do one at a time because of funds, do the RSB first. Look at the "Group Deals" forum. Cattman has Addco's for a good price right now. $115 shipped.
