When did Nissan change the air filters?
I bought a new air filter today and it looks quite different than the old ones. The new filter is orange and has less pleats, while the old ones were pink and seemed deeper. A comparable Purolator filter (white) has twice the number of pleats.

People thought I was crazy for cleaning the K&N every oil change. 1,000,000 miles? Don't believe it. Hold that POS up to a light and there are particles you can't get out with a hillbilly's toothbrush.
BTW if memory serves me, the orange filter is made in Japan. The white is USA.
