You don't really need to wrap the top coils unless they actually make noise. It's rare that the rear springs make noise, but it happens in a few cars. But you do need to wrap the bottom coil and isolate it from the shock. Just the last coil needs to be wrapped.
Leave what you've got on the top coils being it's done already.
For the front springs, it's the lowest coil, again isolating it from the strut, and the 2nd coil from the top on the front needs to be done. Start one coil down right under where the spring ends and wrap one complete coil around. The reason you don't need to wrap the top most coil is it sits in a rubber perch on top. Just wrapping the 2nd coil down will isolate that coil from both the top one and the one directly below that.
