which is better

A 93 maxima se 5 speed or a 95 maxima se 5 speed...think about it...

over all its what you want... you are ither wanting the VQ and nothing more.. or wanting the VE and nothing more..

thing is for you to drive it and see.. no two 95's are going to be the same..and no two 93's are going to be the same

Wasn't the 95 the one that was rated rather poorly safety-wise? I vaguely recall someone asking a similar question and everyone said get a 94 or 96 instead of a 95.

if you get a 93 SE...

watch out for the VTC's and window regulators other than that they are fine.

95 and 96 have poorly constructed bumpers.. which will cause if you own a 95 or 96 to be a total loss for a minor 25 mph collision.. the air bags almost always will trigger due to the poor bumper construction..

VTC's arn't a problem.. i am not sure who it is.. if its Bill or Jeff or Mike.. but someone has a fix for the VTC's.. window regulators i am not sure about..

VTC's are a problem if not taken care of. The fix is a cheap fix of grounding them. Jeff's fix was completely removing them and rebuilding them

yeah I wish they werent a problem, but just a side note: Im at 188k and knock on wood there still fine so if the car was kept up you should be okay
