And what's up with the stock SE rims in those pics? Are you putting the gen-2s on your wife's car?
i'm a fan.
how is the quality on those? i have gen 1's and of course it's not great but they've help up so far, starting to see some lil ish that i don't like with them but overall they're more appealing than stock. can't wait for some more pics...to bad they don't make them for 95/96's.

These altezzas look mean but I still prefer cleared stocks

At night, they look AWESOME. I'll take some pics at night with the tails lit up & you'll see
sidewinder740: No this is my car on my stock rims. I am running stock rims, waiting for the exhaust & dyno. I'll put the 18's back on after I re-dyno my car.
My wife's car is still absolutely BONE STOCK! She is very happy with it just the way it came from the factory.

The Gen II design, complimented by the use of LED's, is a tremendous improvememnt, IMHO.
(Tech Question: do the turnsignal and reverse lights utilize conventional 1157 incandescent bulbs? Anyone think it would be possible to replace these with the LED-type bulbs that use the standard 1157-type bulb base?)
Also, Does anyone already know if/when these will be available for the '95/'96 Maxima's????? (I have an email in to procarparts.com & am waiting for a reply - if anyone has the answer, please share). -I'll report back if/when I get a reply.

My gen 2 carbon fiber version should be here soon. We'll see how they look. I can't stand chrome versions..but maybe the CF version might look good. It's a gamble since no one has the CF version on a sterling mist max. If I don't like them, they will be on the for sale forum shortly

I have a dark blue finish, so would likely go with the carbon fiber if/when the lights become available for the '95/'96. Gunmetal's not my style for this application. It just doesn't sit right with me for some reason.
Good luck w/ the CF/SM blend! (Hope it turns out as good as you want it to).

They look really good, I like them. Just a few personal suggestions:
1)Take off all those stickers
2)Take off the mud flaps
3)Take off the sunroof wind deflector
4)Get the Stillen side skirts/rears
Then IMO your Maxima would be VERY nice looking. That's my input anyways.

They are disgusting, along with the Gen I altezzas (chrome, black and carbon)...
The "Sexima" style altezzas are the absolute ugliest tail lights in creation..
Altezzas could quite possibly be the worst aftermarket part manufactured for any car, I will never understand why anyone wanting to make their Maxima look better would put them on.
