Question for AGX Owners??
Just looking to get an idea how everyone's doing with their AGX so far, and has the product lived up to everyone's expectation since they first came out last fall...
It would also be helpful to tell us how long you've had the AGX and with what springs.

i feel confident that theyll have a long life on the car and that a first half year without dustboots on the front doesnt matter at all.
im running them with progress springs. one or the other component coulda been better tho, as i have a body roll that i dont like too much. but handles well

I've had them with stock springs - Awsome ride!
I've had them with B&G springs - Tight!
I now have them coupled with H&R's - Just right!
I've probably racked up about 20K on my set of AGX's and there as firm as the day I put them in.
AnGe - If you want to save a few $ go with the GR2's. They'll work excellent with your H&R's. Give you a nice firm yet smooth ride.
Oh wait - you like it hard don't ya

Had my H&R/AGX for about 6 months and I'm somewhat satisfied. I wish the adjustability had a wider range from comfort to sport. The Tokicos I had before felt more comfortable, but less controlled. I installed a set of my sister's 90 Accord with H&R OE Sport Springs...too stiff. It is much stiffer than my Maxima. I was thinking about swapping her AGX's out and putting in some GR-2's or Tokicos. I just hope both cars will soften up in time.

I've had mine for 9 months and roughly 18k miles. They're on with b & g springs with no dustboots. I couldn't be happier. The adjustability is fantastic and when set to a stiff setting the car handles like a monster.

.. isn't it a bit rough going through NYC roads with B&G springs?
I had a bad experience. I had them on my Cattman Gen 1 coilovers and suffered one of them stress cracking and then breaking at the top of the piston as a result of hard driving on the roadcourse. It wasn't fun trying to coax the car back in line on the track to make a safe exit. As well as peeling the piston out of my trunk and unwrapping the spring from it. Since then I have fixed them and sold them. They weren't made to handle the duties of extreme road racing.
On the other note, they did handle the springs very well and never showed wear up to that point. Even though I had 550 lbs. springs in the front and 375 lbs. springs in the rear.
