No, the ride height is the same. What these do is push the bump stops up an inch to give the car more spring travel. Should make the car handle better at the limit as the suspension won't be riding on the bump stops as much, and should also make the car ride better (less jarring) on hard sweeping turns or really big bumps in the road.

does that mean that the rear would sit lower with this mount? someone please elaborate.

Spring spacers are $5, I wonder how the ride compares...
They were definitely worth the money...
The mounts actually "raise" the mounting point of the top of the shock so that the piston is extended more like it was stock giving you back the travel... Spring spacers space out the spring and would raise the car and stiffen the ride because that spring spacer does not compress making the ride even worse.
For the front... Motivational modified my existing Koni inserts to sit lower in the strut assembly (essentially "lowering" the lower mounting point) giving back some travel as well. As far as I know, it can only be done to "insert" type aftermarket front strut inserts... ie Koni. It improved the ride too but not as much as the rears.

Chunger, so after these two modifcations to the suspension, how does the ride quality compare to stock?
Thanks
