Maxima logo issue....

What is the best way to remove those annoying dealership logos? I have a huge one to the left of the M in "M A X I M A" and wish to have it removed. Any help is appreciated.

It depends, you can search on removing emblems or shaving the trunk, its also covered in the 4th gen faqs, i think. Someone said that some dealers have resorted to drilling holes in the trunk to put there emblem on perm. If its just glued on its really easy to remove.

If its not drilled in just rip it off. Thats what I did anyway. Fishing line shouldn't be needed as the glue they use isn't that strong.

when a buddy of mine got a new car, we said if there is any advertising or badges, or front plate, he wasn't signing the papers. Always remember to do that!!!!!!!!

I would like to thank everyone for their input and suggestions, I just didn't even care...I went up to the emblem and ripped it off. A little bug n tar/wax and now it looks great.
