question about drag slicks

i dont own any but i'm curious anyhow.

if you use slicks at the track can you drive on them to the track or should you put them on when you get there?

i would definatly put them on when you get there. Some ET drag radials are street legal but definatly not slicks you get pulled over you are in deep ****.

Drag radials and drag slicks have a very soft compound. They will pick up pebbles and sling them along both sides of the car. Slick have no treads, so you better hope it doesn't rain.
