We have people "in-house" ruining the rep of the Skyline by calling their painted Altezzas "Skyline's a.s.s." ...this after already hurting the Maxima's image by installing the Altezzas.

At least the Civic Skyline kit looks half decent. I agree with the other guys and think that we do the Skyline a greater disservice with GTR badges on barely 15 second cars. Most of the GTR badges I see are on stock autos, most likely 16 second cars. And the "Skyline" taillight thing is ridiculous. I keep seeing posts about "my new Skyline taillights" and I'm excited to see the pics. Then I realize that it's just another painted Altezza. I haven't seen a pic yet where they even matched the paint on the car. That's not even close to a Skyline. It's no better than those guys that buy headlight covers and paint circles in them. Don't call it Skyline taillights unless they're real. Call it "my noble but poor attempt at making something disgustingly ugly look good, and yet I actually made it look worse taillights." The only thing uglier than normal chrome Altezzas are painted Altezzas.

 

yeah the GTR is realy a skyline thing. i can understand if you have the skyline body kit and then throw on the emblem..but its just like those honDUHHH civics w/ the type R badges.. im like "hey shudent you be driving from the right side of your car?" i put on the seR badge on my max just for shi#s and giggels.after ceing all that,i mean ,after all it is an SE>>>>>type R LOLOLOLOLOL
