What size high flo to get--

I have a Stillen Y with the Stillen exhaust. What size RT cat do I need? I saw 2.5 and 3". Or is it even worth it?

Get the 2.5". The 3" is not worth it, and might cause a restriction in the form of turbulence where the piping goes from 3" down to 2.5" for the exhaust.
