I love that color on the max. What color was your car before you got it painted? Did you have the engine bay painted as well??

Sweet! So did you (they) have to take anything off to paint the top of the engine bay? I'd like to see how the engine bay turned out...I was almost going to be fine just repainting my car Pearl Artic White, but then I see how good yours looks painted another color.... !

The funny thing is that i have to give pearl96max credit for the idea of putting the screen there in the first place! I would have had one of those damn flipouts!

But back to the topic at hand! I love those shaveddoor handles! and that dash kit is making me go hmmmm maybe i should get one of those! how much did it cost you? so do you have door poppers that are integrated into your alarmor something?
...keep us posted on the GD b/c i'd be interested

very nice!
is there a manual way to open your doors without the poppers?
If not you better carry spare batteries for your remote in your wallet or prepare to take the bus home! :P

very nice looking car, you made some good decisions.

Why does everyone want screens in their car. I like the looks them flush in the dash like the one redmax is trying to get a group deal for us but what does everyone use them for? I doubt many of you really watch dvds in your car.

TV tuner for watching-I mean, LISTENING to the news, Navigation (Alpine has a setup for this), gaming while in traffic or waiting for someone, the l33t look from having a screen in your car, gives your passengers something to do on long trips...

I could go on

Was there any modifications to put the screen where the bose system used to be or does it fit perfect?

opps sorry didnt see your post. there is very little modification need to make the screen fit. my friend had to bend out sides of the metal frame (where the bose goes) about a cm out and he use a dremel on some of the sqrew holes to make them bigger to mount the screen. it is a very tight and snug fit

it be one hell of a tight fit to get them in the headrest, and they are to thick to put in the visors
