0-60 in 5.62!
I just did a 0-60 run out here in the cold dry weather, I hit the launch perfectly. I made the tires spin just a teeny bit and I managed to get no wheel hop. On the second gear shift my tires grabed very well, I only spun for about 5 feet. My previuos best was 5.76 from last year(when it was cold out). My SC 5spd I30T did 5.44 0-60 and my NA modded 95 5spd max did a best of 5.98 0-60. My car is ready for some 13's with 100+ MPH traps now, hehe BTW all the #'s stated above are from the same stretch of road which is actually a few degrees up hill.

Re: 0-60 in 5.62!
That is the same 0-60mph I get in cartest with a 2.07 60', however a 2 tenth increase in 60' does the same for 0-60mph. FYI on neal's 13.9 run cartest shows a 5.3x 0-60mph.

C'mon people, go back to stats class. eMax is offering 3 different cars with their numbers, what that does is show reliability of the numbers. Is 5.6 100% accurate? Not necessarily. But it sounds like the car and instrument can repeat those numbers. If it's off, I doubt the 0-60 would be in reality 4.6 or 6.6--it's something around 5.6.

Ethan I just pulled a 5.75 on the first try, and I didn't have to rape my interior to do it. A good launch but not a perfect one. My blotenzas won't pull past .55 g's before they start spinning in 1st gear.

If we wanted to prove or disprove the G-String or G-Tech thing just take the same unit and put it in a car whose 0-60 is known (within reason) and test it. Sure, G-Tech may not be 100% accurate, but it's kinda like some fatso saying he lost 40 lbs. First of all, you can see whether he lost any weight. 2nd, even if his scale is not 100% accurate, as long as he uses the same scale, then he can use it to get relative numbers.

Very well said Frank, I agree with you for a change As far as base of comparisons go.. My 95 max stock would usualy hit right about 6.5-6.6. my 5spd 98 I30 did a best of 7.12 stock. My 2002 did a best of 5.96 stock, All test where done in the exact same spot.
Sprint when ever your ready come on down, I will give you a good race.
BioMaxDDS, I am still un-decided about the lip right now. At the moment it's at my house sitting beside my APC wing.
Nismo87SE, I need to get car test. If I could pull off a 2.07 60' at the track the NA maxima record would get smashed, hehe.
BC_95GLE, thanks for the offer but I general avoid long trips. Come to a MA meet some time; I ususaly attend them.
